Pallavi Pundir is a journalist and researcher who writes about gender, tech, activism and democratic upheavals in South and Southeast Asia. She works in the mediums of print, documentary and podcast, and is an experienced newsroom strategist and manager. 

She's the recipient of 2024 Chevening South Asia Journalism Program and Oxford Climate Journalism Network 2024 fellowships. She's also an Earth Journalism Network and International Women’s Media Foundation grantee. 

She's currently at the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, where she's studying 'Gender, Peace and Security' (Department of Gender Studies) and researching interdisciplinary and gendered response to militarisation, conflict and far-right authoritarianism in Asia.
